Police have arrested a 33-year-old man from Laçi after he is accused of stealing in Milan, Italy, as part of a criminal organization.

Klaus Nikolli was internationally wanted because the Court of Milan had imposed a security measure of "Arrest in prison" on him for the criminal offense of "Theft", committed under aggravating circumstances and within the framework of a criminal organization.

" The police operation codenamed "Operation 33" is being finalized by the Directorate of the Special Operational Force of the General Directorate of the State Police.

Accused of stealing in Milan, as part of a criminal organization, the 33-year-old is arrested in Laç.

Following solid and intensive cooperation with Italian Police counterparts, the services of the Special Operations Force Directorate, within the framework of the operation "Operational 33", located in Laç and provisionally arrested, with the aim of extradition, citizen KN, 33 years old, born in Laç.

He was internationally wanted because the Court of Milan had imposed a security measure of "Arrest in prison" on him for the predicate offense of "Theft", committed under aggravating circumstances and within the framework of a criminal organization.

"Interpol Tirana continues to cooperate with its counterparts in Italy to finalize the procedure for the extradition of this citizen ," the State Police announced.
