A rumor has been circulating for several days, according to which Top Channel executives would be summoned today (Monday) to SPAK in connection with the Ergys Agas file.

The rumor was initially spread by a meme page. The person who administers the page then contacted various individuals by phone, relaying the same story to them and attempting to make it appear as information that is “circulating from many sources within SPAK.”

The story could have remained at the level of satirical pages, but no. Journalist Çim Peka, who predicts Rama's downfall every month, gave voice to this rumor in a post on his Facebook page. He wrote that the CEO of Top Channel "will be at SPAK today (Monday) about Top Channel's connections with Ergys Agasin."

According to information provided by Vox News, the fabrication of rumors about the "subpoenas" did not originate from SPAK.

Our sources confirm that she was fed by people connected to Belinda Balluku, at a time when Top Channel has published a series of critical and investigative materials about her file.

Rumors began to circulate in Tirana, adding that Belinda Balluku, together with a SPAK prosecutor, were organizing the subpoena for the head of Top Channel.

Of course, this rumor was not picked up by a good part of the journalists, who can never believe that Balluku, with 4 criminal files, has the power to pull strings in SPAK. It is also not possible to think that SPAK is being pressured by a satirical website.

Many people put their stamp on this rumor when journalist Çim Peka wrote on Facebook, who apparently indirectly fell into Belinda Balluku's trap.

Peka set today as the day when the CEO of Top Channel will appear at SPAK. Now Monday has ended, and the CEO of Top Channel was not at SPAK, but even celebrated her birthday with her family.

This article is not to refute Çim Peka or the satirical pages, but to separate facts from rumors.

Meanwhile, Top Channel continues its investigations into the Balluku file. In September and October alone, it aired two Fiks Fare shows, which discussed Belinda Balluku's power in institutions and the intimidation of witnesses.

And these are not rumors, they are facts.
