Prime Minister Edi Rama has once again invited protesters today for dialogue, by placing 8 stone benches in front of the Prime Minister's Office building.
Rama said he was open to dialogue with anyone who thought differently, but warned that all violent protesters who attacked public and private property during these days would face the law.
"Again, and again and again the invitation for dialogue and the willingness to be with anyone who seeks and believes in dialogue, is here. I am ready anywhere, in any place and at any hour with those who believe that Albania must be made better and that Albania becomes better with humanity, with the exchange and confrontation of views, however opposite. Violent opposition, with force, which contradicts the thread of reason, cannot be imposed on the necessity for dialogue, for the confrontation of views, however opposite, and for democratic coexistence, in a country where the past has no chance of returning.
And whoever took the capital hostage, exporting the terror of Antifa and playing the game of others here in the name of students and putting themselves in front of the students through their covered faces, should know that they will be held legally, criminally, according to the degree of the violation committed, according to the violation of the great misunderstanding. This is a great misunderstanding to think that you can impose yourself on an entire people, an entire community, the ordinary families of this country who want to go to work, with the language of stone and fire.
"A very big misunderstanding that will turn into a very important lesson for anyone who believed that through this misunderstanding the path of Albania would change. The path of Albania does not change. Albania will continue straight and will lead the flag of Ismail Qemali and Skanderbeg to the dreamed peak and Albania will be part of that European Union, which the forces involved in this great oppression cannot prevent ," Rama said, among other things.
