
Police have arrested two young men after they were caught red-handed selling drugs.
Reshat Qatromi and 27-year-old Ledin Kazanxhi (Allamani) were caught red-handed on "Memo Meto" street, with a bag of 1.7 kg of cannabis that they were possessing with the intent to sell.
During the search of the 36-year-old's apartment, another quantity of cannabis, electrical equipment used for cultivating narcotic plants indoors, and other material evidence were found, which were seized as material evidence.

Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Tirana Police Department, in the wake of operations conducted in the field of narcotics, as well as as a result of the immediate administration of intelligence, regarding a case of sale of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa, have finalized the police operation codenamed "Interruption".
As part of this operation, citizens RQ, 36 years old, and LK(A.), 27 years old, both residents of Tirana, were arrested.
These citizens were caught red-handed on "Memo Meto" street, with a bag containing 1 kilogram and 700 grams of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa, which they were possessing with the intent to sell.
Following the actions, during the search of the 36-year-old's apartment, another quantity of cannabis, electrical equipment used for the cultivation of narcotic plants in closed environments, and other material evidence were found, which were seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
