A 24-story high-rise tower, which will be built in the middle of the existing and quite populated neighborhood in the “Paris Municipality” in Tirana, has brought chaos to the entire area, with the destruction of walls and changes in the entrances and exits of existing buildings. The approval without any urban criteria of this monster in the middle of the buildings and the existing neighborhood has brought chaos to everyone, from single-story buildings to palaces, where thousands of residents are facing dust and noise every day at every hour of the day and night.

There are many concerns, which initially started with the relocation of drinking water pipes, then the destruction of sewage systems and now the destruction of all internal road segments, bringing a real mess. Every hour, heavy machinery is being brought into that construction site and passes through the narrow streets of the area, while the change in the project, expanding the perimeter and increasing the volumes of the construction site, to occupy as much territory as possible, is also alarming.

Many residents of the area have addressed the Vox News editorial office, denouncing the chaos they are facing on a daily basis, with the most important point being the entrance and exit of the tower, where the owners and those who are building now require them to enter from the courtyards of the palaces and residences located in that area.

"This wall here has been broken, but this building had an entrance from the other side," says a resident of the area, who has sought the help of our editorial team to raise awareness among the controlling institutions, which have so far been silent.

It is learned that the entire community of the area, near the "Kika 1" complex, has clashed with the firm that is carrying out the works, after it has changed many things from the permit it received.

"They have the entrance from the other side, with wider streets, and they are asking to pass through the courtyard of our building. If such a thing happens, the entire courtyard and those few green spaces, where children play, are expected to turn into a large construction site. Did they do any studies when they gave the permit?! How can you give a permit for a huge tower in a residential area, with narrow streets, without any parks or green spaces? Where will the sewage go, how will they remove the inert materials, how will they get the soil, where will the construction materials and concrete machines come from? ", raise several questions from the residents of the area.

But who are these builders who are turning an entire neighborhood into a mess for their own interests? They are even changing the entrances to the construction site, bringing chaos to the entire area and no one is "paying attention". Vox News has learned that the construction firm that has received permission for the 24-story building is "TDT & PARTNERS", owned by Dajlan Avdia and Glendi Abdi.

It is learned that Dajlan Avdia is known as the former owner of the APEX company and the builder of several towers in Tirana, while he has also received permits for construction in coastal areas. Currently, according to documents researched by Vox News, in June of this year they also opened an address in the Paris Municipality area, after the permit was disclosed.

Initially, the company's heavy machinery collided with the main metal water pipe, which is one of the main nodes that supplies water to all of Tirana. There is still no information on how this company moved this pipeline, what permits it obtained and who signed them, after leaving Tirana without water, you mess it up with dust in the summer and mud in the winter, and even change the entrances and exits of the construction site whenever you want, which means that these oligarchs manage to trample on everyone.
