On a huge area of ??210 thousand square meters in the Petrela area of ??Tirana, within which the Castle, which is a cultural monument, is located, the so-called Park of Faith is expected to be built. A government initiative for religious harmony and tolerance, where "copies" of several cultural monuments around the world will be built, Islamic, Christian, Buddhist or even other faiths. However, from the documents that VoxNews has researched, it results that, within the Park of Faith, numerous hotels and restaurants will be built, alienating the entire area, most of which is state-owned. It is expected that, in the entire territory surrounding the Petrela Castle, hotels and restaurants will be built, while given the government's investments, the attention of the oligarchs is expected to be great.

The above document, obtained by VoxNews, was published by the Albanian Investment Corporation. It contains a map of the entire Petrela area, namely the area around the castle where the Besim Park will be built.
"The proposed competition site is located in the Petrela area, on an area of ??approximately 210,000 m2. The positioning on the edge of the Erzen valley and the contrast of hills and valleys has encouraged the development of tourist structures (hotels, guesthouses and bar restaurants) and sports-tourist activities (Zip Line Albania). In the area and its vicinity, there are a number of historical attractions such as the Petrela Castle, the ancient settlement of Persqop and the Museum of the History of the Armed Forces," these documents state.
According to him, the area is located 15 km south of Tirana, on the Tirana-Elbasan national road, with quick connections to the airport, the Blue Corridor and the Port of Durres. Then data is provided that the surface area is 210 thousand m2 and the surface area of ??public property is 165,475 m2.

Of course, every project launched by this Corporation is an alienation of state property. Expensive properties have been given away, in Tirana or on the coast, and now it's the turn of the Petrela Castle.
But what will be built in that area?!
According to documents that VoxNews researched, hotels and restaurants will be built throughout the area, “camouflaging” the faith. “Hospitable Shelters - Accommodations will be configured in low-rise structures that will serve as “shelters” to improve mental and physical well-being, equipped with elements that promote environmental harmony, community well-being, and spiritual well-being,” the documents state.
According to them, up to 75 units have been designed to accommodate different visitor profiles, including wellness tourists, spiritual pilgrims and VIP visitors.
Meanwhile, there will also be low-impact accommodation. “Sustainable Structures – These units are an essential part of the wellness experience, designed to support the park’s green infrastructure and maintain sustainable practices. Designing an additional 25 units with various configurations to accommodate individuals and groups seeking holistic wellness retreats,” the documents state.
In short, 100 hotels will be built in the entire area! But, the Corporation has also planned to build restaurants.
"Services that offer a variety of different foods and beverages, respecting the religious and dietary preferences of visitors. Capacity to easily accommodate the typical flow of visitors to the park's cultural spaces as well as guests in the hospitality structures," says the Corporation.
In the photo: The government will copy several cultural monuments, from the "Quranic Park" in Dubai, to gardens in Russia, Israel or Ireland:

The hotels and restaurants mentioned above will be camouflaged with several projects that will be built in the area. The government has exploited the harmony and coexistence for this project, as it says it will make a mini “Quranic” park like the one in Dubai, or the “Abrahamic Family House (Abu Dhabi)”. It will also build “Gardens of the World (Garten der Welt)” like in Berlin, the “Bahá' Gardens” (Haifa, Israel) and the “Garden of Peace” in Dublin, Ireland.
The government also aims to build a mini temple of all religions like in Kazan, Russia, or even the martyrs' memorial in Algiers, Algeria. The list continues with the "Tohono Chul" garden in Tucson, USA, the Japanese garden "Setagayapark" or the gardens of the "Sheikh Zayed" Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
