Controversial builder Fatmir Bektashi , twice under indictment by the Special Prosecution Office and twice under security measures, has received another dubious construction permit.
The company "Kontakt", 100% owned by Bektashi, is advertising on the internet and on its official website a giant project in the Drilon protected area in Pogradec.
After projects in Tirana, at the former "Partizani" complex and "Ali Demi", where he has built and is building dozens of buildings, it is Pogradec's turn.
But who gave him permission?
Have the Protected Areas been asked and has the project passed the KKT?!
For several weeks, employees of the company "Kontakt" have been advertising residential and service units in Pogradec online.
Even at very high prices, at around 2 thousand euros per square meter .
"Book your apartment! Kontakt brings you the newest project located near Drilon Park in Pogradec," the company's official website states.
Meanwhile, attached is the location plan, on the edge of the Drilon spring, in a totally protected area.
Protected areas have a buffer zone, which ranges from 50 to 200 meters where no construction is allowed.
But Bektashi has defied these, with his controversial moves, he has always managed to convince state officials to grant him permission.
Just as happened with the territory of the former "Partizani" complex, or even with the "Mangalem" complex that he built in the Ali Demi area, where after building about 30 buildings, he received permission for 25 more!
But what will be built?!
According to the project, it will be a large complex of buildings adjacent to the protected area.
There will be 3 towers, with the tallest expected to be 15 stories above ground.
There will also be other slightly lower towers as well as residential and service units.
But, since Fatmir Bektashi is under investigation twice, with Berisha and Veliaj, who gave him the construction permit in Drilon ?!
