According to documents analyzed by VoxNews, procedures have been opened for the Saranda By Pass, the Kashar - Vaqarr road, or even the other lot of the Tirana - Durrës expansion. The procedure is of great value, while a tender has also been opened for the "assistance" that the ARRSH will provide to the concessionaire of the Durrës-Kukës road.

61 million euros for Kashar - Vaqarr!
According to documents analyzed by our editorial team, Gjyli has opened two procedures for the new segment from the Kashar area to Vaqarr, where the Great Western Ring Road of Tirana will also be built.
The first procedure is "construction of the Kashar - Vaqar Interchange road", phase 1. The tender value is 3,333,333,333 lekë, or converted into euros 33 million euros. This procedure also includes supervision, worth 660 thousand euros.

Meanwhile, at the same time, the ARA has also announced the tender for the second phase of this segment. The value this time is 2,750,000,000 lekë, or about 28 million euros, including supervision, which is 550 thousand euros.

28 million euros for the Saranda By Pass
But Balluku and Gjyli do not stop here, who have rushed to open other procedures in these times. According to the documents, a tender has been opened for the object "construction of the Saranda By Pass, Phase I" worth 2,000,000,000 lek, or 20 million euros. 400 thousand euros were allocated for the supervision of this lot.

Meanwhile, the tender for the "Saranda By Pass construction, phase II" has also been opened, worth 833,333,333 lekë, or about 8.4 million euros. The supervision of this lot is worth 166 thousand euros.

25 million for the expansion of Tirana - Durrës
Meanwhile, VoxNews has obtained the documents of another large tender from the Albanian Road Authority. The tender has been opened with the object of "expansion of the Tirana - Durrës superhighway phase III", with a fund of 2,500,000,000 lekë, or about 25 million euros.
