Business is not being arrested!

The release from prison of a businessman was a positive half-step in the GJKKO Appeals decision yesterday on the "Veliaj" decision.

I remain in my long-standing and unwavering belief that arrest as a measure should be a last resort, when others have not worked.

But in the case of businessmen, imprisonment should be almost prohibited, except in the case of murder.

Even other measures such as mandatory reporting and travel bans cannot actually be imposed on businesses.

The latter has his investment as collateral in this country. He can't take it with him wherever he goes. But that's another topic. I'm against the arrest of business.

Arresting a businessman is an anti-economic measure. I'm not saying that he shouldn't be investigated, tried, and when there is evidence, even punished, but not arrested.

It is madness to keep in prison, that is, with bread, a man who has the ability not only to earn his own living but also to help others do the same.

Even house arrest is an excessive and extreme measure for a businessman. That's why I say that yesterday's decision is half a positive step.

We have a vital need for a free economy where private business is its main engine.

No free market economy works if businesses are imprisoned and locked up at home for no reason. What is this state telling businesses, invest money so we can arrest you!!!

And yes, not only the article, but also the idea that the businessman is an active corruptor should be removed from the Criminal Code.

The one who pays, out of necessity or desire, is our "asset", while the one who works hard in the name of public duty is our "liability", that is, sin...

Let the thought be called corruption here, without the need to commit the corrupt act!

To laugh and be ashamed at the same time. Laws that punish you even when you think!

No or no, there is only one concept: corrupt is a state official who uses public office for personal gain.

And corruption is a matter of fact, not talk.

It's that simple!

I can't understand how it's possible that in the political arena we have right-wing parties that don't say a single word about these things?!
