Rtsh as a nursing home!

The average age of opposition candidates is 75.5 years old.

The list of 68 candidates for members of the RTSH Steering Council stands out for three categories.

A) category of pensioners.

The board that was dismissed was described by an experienced journalist as a " gang of grandpas " given the abuse of position.

Without wishing to prejudice the contestants, it is not very clear why they are competing for a position when they clearly have neither the knowledge nor the capacity to bring something new. 

It seems that more than positions, the opposition is focused on the idea that the future of this country is pensioners.

The list of opposition candidates that is circulating is, to say the least, pathetic. 

This list proves that more than worrying about the future of RTSH, the opposition that promises change is worried about a supplementary pension for 4-5 pensioners.

Well done!

The second category is people who have either worked or continue to work at RTSH, but have not demonstrated outstanding professionalism or integrity in their work.

It is not clear why they compete and what they want to achieve?

Or is it more than clear that their worldview for RTSH begins and ends with the solution of a personal problem that they have not yet solved.

The third category  can be fearlessly called the brave: people in flagrant conflict of interest as they work for other competing media outlets, but want to be members of the RTSH Steering Council. 

This is neither moral nor legal. They simply should not be heard in the Media Commission.

RTSH has a thousand problems.

The biggest problem is recovery, transparent management, and time management.

Today, in the age of digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, you cannot move forward by putting people with an analog mindset in charge, who had their greatest success in the era of black and white television.

Revolution is an overused word, but this is what RTSH needs, a revolution in mindset, in staff, in programming, in production.

Otherwise the audience from 1% will quickly reach 0.1%.

The opposition thinks it will make this revolution with pensioners.
