Fire descends on the city, flames surround the Kasapaj neighborhood in Delvina

The fire has gotten out of control in the Kasapaj neighborhood of Delvina. 

The flames are approaching the homes, while firefighters are working tirelessly on the ground to neutralize the flames.

Residents have been evacuated from endangered areas, although some are resisting.
