GJKKO rejects Meta's request, prison arrest remains in effect

The Criminal Court of Kosovo has once again rejected Ilir Meta's request for a relaxation of the security measure, leaving his prison sentence in effect.

Even though SPAK communicated the closure of the investigations and the case will go to trial, the president of the Freedom Party will continue to remain in prison, after Judge Erjon Çela upheld the arrest order against him.
