A newly graduated General Medicine student joined today's protest, where he raised the concerns of students and the problems faced by citizens in the healthcare system.

The young man demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama, while accusing the majority of failing to address the concerns raised by students during the protests.

Emotionally moved, the student also spoke about the loss of his mother from blood cancer, raising concerns about the shortages in oncology treatments and chemotherapy offered in the country.

He also mentioned the problems of the oncology service, sharing his personal experience and the difficulties his family has faced.

"I am a recent graduate in general medicine, this was solidarity that we could offer because we have seen for over 130 days with the flamingo revolution, we also saw the student movement that was described as violent, but we saw a contempt that is still present today from the majority and in particular from the prime minister. The issues that the students raise have not been addressed. The time has come to demand the resignation of the prime minister, we are in these issues because this majority has not done what it should have done... We have the issue of Oncology, I have lost mine to blood cancer and I do not feel that I have done the maximum towards it, because there are many deficiencies in the treatments and chemotherapies that are offered", he said.
