Also following the notification given on 22.10.2023, about the arrest of 2 citizens and the announcement of the search for another citizen, who are suspected of having, in cooperation with each other, violent sexual relations with a 26-year-old year old, who was previously encouraged to use narcotics, we clarify that:

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Vlora Police Station, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, have continued the in-depth investigations of this case.

In the following, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, for the criminal offense "Encouraging the use of drugs", also for the citizen VK, 36 years old, resident in Vlora, and the work for his capture continues.

This citizen is suspected to have cooperated with citizens OT, AC and GM, to encourage the 26-year-old to consume narcotics.
