The conversations developed on "Snap Chat" between two people who tried to take an amount of 40 thousand euros from the manager of a business E.Ç.

Today, the SPAK Special Court decided the measure of "imprisonment" for Ergys Ahmetaj, while "prison for 30 days" for the other two detainees, Andi Basha and Gëzim Kusi, who are suspected of being part of to the group of fine payers who were sold as officials in Tirana.

During the inspection of Gëzim Kusi's apartment, the police found and confiscated an amount of 89 thousand euros. Meanwhile, among the persons arrested during this operation is the citizen, Florjan Gjergji, wanted since September 2022 for the charge of "Fraud".

The report against Ergys Ahmetaj was first made on February 11, 2023 at the Tirana police, by the citizen E.Ç., who works for a private entity.

He says that he communicated with the phone number +35568302XXX, who introduced himself as the citizen Andi Basha, who told him that: "...he would come to meet him for Tani's order of 40,000 euros...".

In the conversations they had with each other, the latter told him that the order was from Artan Lame and for nothing more. There, this citizen began to doubt and told them to go to the office to get the money, and, taking as a trigger from the events that happened and were broadcast in the media, a month ago, he suspected that he had fallen prey to fraud.

At this moment, he immediately notified the police, and while they were there, he saw that this person was deleting the conversations in the "Snap chat" application and found the conversations "... Go there and talk calmly, tell me Artani sent me, for that order, I'm here at "Taiwani" in front of..."

Andi tells him how much I have to take, while citizen Gers Kusi tells him 40,000 euros. Gersi answers that: "...it's one of the Bajra from Shkodra who places them... The MRSH will say. He is a very killer, he imposes many fines in Albania...".

In the above conversation, Andi says: "...what about these Shkodrans, Gersi tells him that the one who comes from 40,000 gets 3000, that is Andi...".

The complainant says that he asked Andi who sent him and he told him that Gers Kusin has a friend, but Ergys Ahmetaj is behind him. These conversations are documented with the minutes of the examination of the cell phone of the citizen Erlad Çaushi.

As part of the investigation, I took statements from citizens Ergys Ahmetaj, Andi Basha, Gëzim Kusi, Denis Merxhushi and Guido Tashi.

Në deklarimin e tij Ergys Ahmetaj ka theksuar se njihet me shtetasin Florjan Gjergji (person ky i shpallur në kërkim për veprën penale "Mashtrim") pasi e ka takuar para rreth 4 (katër) muajsh, në shtetin e Hollandës rastësisht.

Para rreth një jave Florjani, e telefonon dhe i thotë që ai kishte ardhur në Shqipëri dhe janë takuar krejt normalisht te bar "ëhiskey" në zonën e Bllokut.

Me datë 11 shkurt 2023 në mëngjes i ka shkruajtur i thotë nëse mund ti gjejë ndonjë taksist që të marrë një porosi për llogari të tij dhe tja conte atij aty ku do ishte ai, si ky ti jepte kontaktin atij që të lidhej me të për tja sjellë.

Floriani i kishte thënë që personit që do të kryente këtë porosi do ti jepte një kafe për ty prej 500 eurosh. Ai në këto moment me shtetasin Gëzim Kusi i cili është shoku i tij dhe e ka pyetur nëse njihte dikë që jetonte diku afër “Tajvan” dhe i ka thënë se po dhe ka thënë se do ja prezantonte.

Gëzimi i thotë se ky shtetas është Andi Basha, edhe e thërret këtë fundit i cili vjen ti takonte te lokal "Shardi" në zonën e “Myslym Shyri”. Pasi ka ardhur Andi, Floriani i dërgon numrin e celularit 068206XXXX me të cilin do lidhej me Andin.

Pasi lidhi kontaktet me njëri-tjetrin ai ka vazhduar ditën. Më vonë rreth orës 20:00 ka shkuar për të pirë kafe te mulliri me Gëzimin për qef, aty kanë ardhur dy persona që ju prezantohen si punonjës policie dhe i thanë që do vini t’iu marrim në pyetje.

Në momentin që na kanë futur në ambjentet e biznesit, i kanë futur në një ambjent ku ishte dhoma e kamerave ku ishin 6 (gjashtë) shtetas të cilët mendoj se ishin “security”.

Më pas ka ardhur policia, e cila na ka shoqëruar në ambjentet e Drejtorisë së Policisë Tiranë, Ergysi s’qaron se nuk ka qenë në dijeni fare që porosia kishte qenë vlera monetare.

Ndërsa në dëshminë e tij, Gëzim Kusi ka theksuar se me datë 11 shkurt 2023 e ka telefonuar shtetasi Ergys Ahmetaj të cilin e njeh prej vitesh dhe i ka thënë se donte ta takonte.

Pasi janë takuar i ka propozuar për të marrë disa lekë dhe ai nuk ka pranuar por i ka thënë që ai se ka me qejf por mund Shqiptari të të gjej dikë tjetër dhe ne ate moment ka telefonuar shtetasin Andi Basha, i cili pasi ka ardhur ka folur vetë me shtetasin Ergys Ahmetaj.
