Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy,  Erlind Sulo , has reacted publicly after the publication on social networks of an intimate video, which, according to him, has been falsely linked to his name.

Sulo says that for two days he has been made aware that the video of two people is circulating on social networks and that, through various comments and publications, it has been claimed that he appears in it together with a former Big Brother resident.

The Deputy Minister denies being the person appearing in the video and states that, according to him, it is easily recognizable.

In his reaction, Sulo says he would not deal with rumors, but objects to the way his name has been used and spread on social networks.

He mentions the publications and comments made by Senajda Kelmendi and Elton Tozaj, claiming that they have linked his name to the video and have also identified him through the position he holds.

Sulo also emphasizes that, beyond his public function, there is a family which, according to him, has faced concern as a result of this situation.

For this reason, he announces that he has prepared a request for trial against the two aforementioned persons and that he will address the competent court.

"I will pursue every legal step to the end," Sulo says, arguing that freedom of speech cannot be used as an excuse for violating a person's dignity and reputation.

In his reaction, the deputy minister reiterates that he is not the person who appears in the video and that he has nothing to hide or justify.

He concludes his reaction by describing the issue as a problem of human dignity and respect for the family.
