The 13th protest in the capital has ended. The protesters initially gathered at the Ministry of Education, which they threw stones at, and then began their journey towards the prime minister's office.

Upon gathering under Rama's office, the protesters broke the chairs holding the invitation to dialogue and then set them on fire.

They also attacked the Presidency of the Parliament as well as the reinforcements of a business near the area known as the "Twin Towers".

The turnout was modest compared to yesterday's protest.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Rama presented today the package of measures against violence and urban anarchy. He said that there will be a special registry for violators, adding that there will be fines for lawbreakers and people who raise their hands against institutions.

Meanwhile, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said that Rama is revoking the article on agitation and propaganda. He added that there is no violence that can stop the student revolt, while promising to oust the prime minister from power.
