The Albanian was caught with 100 doses of cocaine in Britain: I have a wife with
Albanian Ndriçim Bulica

An Albanian citizen was caught with 100 doses of cocaine, just a few days after arriving in Great Britain from Italy, where he has been living with his family for years.

Police spotted a Ford Fiesta exchanging something with a woman on the streets of Northampton, but when the sirens went off, the car sped away from the scene.

After the chase, the police managed to stop the car from which the 35-year-old Albanian Ndriçim Bulica got out. During the search, 11 doses of cocaine were found in the pockets of the Albanian as well as hidden in the car.

The police said they also checked the apartment that Bulica had rented, and discovered 74 doses of cocaine in the living room and 3 more in the toilet.

Drugs with a value of around 3,560 pounds, while 321 pounds and 90 euros of "cash" were also seized from the 35-year-old.

During the session for the measure in court, Bulica said that he was forced to trade cocaine because of "economic pressure". He said that his wife has cancer and is expected to undergo an operation in Italy. While he himself said that he is not able to work because he has two external hernias.

However, the court decided to sentence him to two years and three months in prison.
