The head of the PDK, Memli Krasniqi, reacted on social networks after the violence in the Assembly of Kosovo. He has accused the deputy prime minister Besnik Bislimi that, according to the head of the PDK, he attacked the deputies.

Krasniqi says that Bislimi provoked the opposition by removing the photo they put on the podium and then hit MP Mergim Lushtaku with a bottle.

"As if the insult they did to the state of Kosovo, the veterans of the KLA, the Albanian political actors, the people of Kosovo, in front of the servants of Radojčič, today, in the Assembly of Kosovo, Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi instead of feeling ashamed was not enough and to account for the eavesdropping, provoked the opposition by removing the photo they placed in the pulpit. "In fact, it was the deputy prime minister Bislimi who first hit MP Mergim Lushtaku with hard tools, a bottle," said Krasniqi.

Also, he has accused the Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, of bringing in the police, at a time when this was not allowed even when the Vetëvendosje Movement was throwing tear gas inside the parliament.

"At a moment when the President of the Assembly had to react and not allow that to happen, he called on the Kosovo Police to intervene and arrest the opposition MPs. The introduction of the Kosovo Police in the Assembly was not allowed to happen even at the darkest moment in the history of the Assembly of Kosovo, when the Vetëvendosje Movement was throwing tear gas and endangering the lives of deputies", said Krasniqi.

According to the head of the PDK, everything is done so that the government hides the coordination and cooperation with Milan Radoicic.

"Now, everything is clear. This Government, this Prime Minister, this government, it is clearly seen that trying to hide the coordination and cooperation with Millan Radojčići, it is using every means, even violence, against the opposition MPs. This Assembly and this Government no longer have any meaning and no credibility. A Government that cooperates with Serbian criminals, to the detriment of the interest of the state and the citizens of Kosovo, should go home an hour earlier".

Therefore, Krasniqi calls for new elections that, according to him, will elect a reliable government and that will return Kosovo to the right path towards Euro-Atlantic integration.
