The Greek police have destroyed a criminal group, which had set up 3 brothels in Athens. Over 1,500 "cannabis sativa" roots and over 45 kg of marijuana were seized, while 5 people were arrested and another was declared wanted.

The operation was carried out by the EKAM special forces, in cooperation with the OPKE team and the anti-drugs of Athens in 5 apartments in Malakasa, Kapandriti, Ippokrateio Politeia and Athens and in some vehicles of the suspects.

In 3 of the apartments, 1575 narcotic plants "cannabis sativa" were found cultivated, while during the controls in them and in a vehicle, 45 kg 730 grams of marijuana, 8.3 kg of "cannabis sativa" waste, 52,720 euros, 3,100 Albanian lek, 5 electronic scales, security cameras and materials used for domestic drug cultivation.

During the personal search, one of the arrested persons was found and seized 1 pistol "TT" with a comb with 7 cartridges. In total, 8 vehicles, 2 motorcycles and 11 mobile phones were seized.

Genti Kutra alias Genti Llapi alias Jorgo Talo, 39, has fallen into the hands of the Greek police. During the arrest, this citizen was found to have a fake Cypriot identity card with the name of Ioannis Koutras.

Kutra had taken over the financing and establishment of drug cultivation laboratories as well as the coordination of the cultivation and sale of narcotics. His co-worker in these tasks has been identified as Ardjan Alikaj, 41 years old, who has been declared a wanted person.

Agim Kutra, 70 years old, who had the task of keeping the harvested quantities of drugs, was also captured by the police.

The other arrested citizens are the Georgians Gigla Devadze, 58, and Irakli Vasadze, 43, as well as the Greek citizen Jorgos Makos, 27, who had various duties in the group.

According to the Greek police, the two leaders of the group, Genti Kutra and Ardjan Alikaj, have previous criminal records for theft and robbery within the criminal organization.
