The photo of Gëzim Çela, after his arrest by the police in Kosovo, has been published.

Çela was handcuffed today after being declared an international wanted for drug trafficking within the structured criminal group.

The former police officer had turned into a drug trafficker moving large quantities of heroin and cocaine from Turkey to Europe.

Çela's photos are rare, but what stands out in this photo after the arrest is that although he has been wanted for a long time, he has not taken much care to hide his appearance, except by growing a beard.
