The number of victims from the mafia assassination that happened this Wednesday in Dobraç, Shkodra, has reached three.

According to preliminary information, two of the victims are a married couple who happened to be at the scene.

Hamza Lici, the brother of Ibrahim Lici, a tribe known for the bloody clash with the Bajra tribe in Shkodër, remained the target of the assassination attempt and a victim at the same time.
