The Assembly has published the 10 candidates who have expressed interest in the Constitutional Court after the resignation of Elsa Toska.

There are also former members of the high council of the prosecution, as well as former members of the high judicial council, but also members of the vetting commission.

The Assembly has not yet made public the names, but they are: Naureda Llagani , former president of the KLJ whose mandate ended, Alfred Balla , former member of the KLP, Nurihan Sehiti, former member of the KLP,  Ronald Ilia , member of the commission of vetting, Irena Nino, Gentjan Zyrberi, Klodian Rado , a judge who lives in Canada,  Eris Hysi, Nertila Sadedini and  Sinan Tafai .
