A good part of the prosecution's file on the Llogara tunnel is occupied by the wiretaps between Belinda Balluku and Ervis Berberi , which SPAK obtained from the " Blackberry " cell phone that the former director of roads kept at home.

The conversations are from 2022 and some of the messages reveal that even Democratic Party MPs were crying foul in government offices.

One of them is the former MP for Vlora, Arbi Agalliu, who apparently wanted to know more about the lands he owned in Vlora.

The Deputy Prime Minister leaves a message that the MP be listened to since he is a citizen's son, while Berberi assures her that he will obey, saying that he is a patriot.

Balluku and Evis Berberi's conversation about former DP MP, Arbi Agalliu:

Belinda Balluku: I will take you for a meeting with Arber Agalliu, a DP deputy who has a couple of questions about two lands he has in Vlora, one on the bypass and one at the entrance to the Oendrimi highway. Very dear; very good that he is a citizen.

Evis Berberi: Of course, we have a patriot.

Belinda Balluku : "But we don't have anything to do, we have to get the building permit from the municipality, then we can express ourselves."

Evis Berberi : Ok, we'll give our opinion after we get permission.

Conversation between Arbi Agalliu and Evis Berberi:

Arbi Agalliu: "Evis, how are you? I'm Arbi Agalliu! I hope you're well. Belinda gave me your number. When you have the chance, I'd like to talk a little. Thanks.

Evis Berberi: Good morning, see you tomorrow.

Arbi Agalliu : Good morning! I'll be there in a minute. I'm in traffic below the dam.

Evis Berberi : No problem.

Evis Berberi sent a message to Belinda Balluku: I just forwarded Agalliu.
