The meeting of judges decided to proceed to a plenary session, that is, with a documentary review of the request of former President Ilir Meta.

The leader of the Freedom Party, who has been in prison for 1 year, has filed a petition to declare it unconstitutional.

The decision was made during a closed-door meeting of constitutional judges, Anila Hoxha told Top Channel, which has just concluded.

As journalist Hoxha says, the plenary session that will be held next will be behind closed doors and not open as in the case of Erion Veliaj, and the review will be documentary-based.
