Rama after the progress report: This government will not leave without making Albania a member of the EU

Prime Minister Edi Rama and the European Union Ambassador, Silvio Gonzato, held a press conference following the progress report released the day before from the EU Enlargement Summit in Brussels.

In his speech, Rama stated that his government will not leave without making Albania part of the European Union.

" Our negotiating team has excelled in this process because it did not come to the negotiating table to learn what to do, but was well-trained during the era of Albania's humiliation. Today, we know the tasks very well."

We are the only country in the region that uses Artificial Intelligence in this process and thanks to Diella we are transferring at a very high speed the entire legal body of the EU to be adopted into the legal body of the Republic of Albania. We perform all those tasks with precision and analyze with great patience all those that are listed as problems that need to be addressed and solved.

I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart both of our ministers, who are really two great reasons to feel calm and to receive all the respect in Brussels. I do not want to go on any longer, in all areas the report has both achievements and problems. In all areas the report tells Albanians that Albania is moving decisively in the right direction and on the other hand it tells us what we need to do more and better to move forward without any stop to achieve the 2027 objective.

I hope that this congratulation will be received properly by all those who do not like this government, but who should feel better today, because the closer we are to the EU, the more there will be care for them. Feel good, everyone, whether you are supporters or opponents, because this government has done its duties for both supporters and opponents. We are supporters and opponents of the government at different times according to the governments. This of ours will not work without bringing the EU to Albania and without making Albania part of the EU , "said Rama, among other things.
