Operation "Cazino" in Korça/ They had turned the premises into "nests" of gambling, 10 arrested

10 people have been arrested after police raided several venues where illegal gambling was discovered.

As part of the police operation codenamed "Cazino", 9 computer monitors, 13 mobile phones, tablets, and a quantity of money were seized as material evidence.

10 citizens, 3 of them bar owners, were arrested after being caught red-handed in 3 bars, organizing games of chance, using computers and mobile phones, and 7 other customers playing games of chance.

Persons arrested by Operation "Casino":

-Klajdi Leka, Gjergji Panolli, Alfred Male for the criminal offenses of "Organizing illegal lotteries" and "Making premises available for illegal games".

-Leonard Muçollari, Elton Ryka, Elton Sovjani, Ermir Kanollari, Mateas Kanollari, Rudenc Mucollari and Agron Tushini for the criminal offenses of "Organizing illegal lotteries", all residents of Korça.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça, for further action.
