US report on the war on drugs: We have had cooperation with Albanian authorities

The US Embassy in Tirana has published the International Narcotics Control Strategy report for 2025.

The post is accompanied by information stating that Albanian authorities have worked in continuous coordination with European, South American and United States authorities in the fight against international drug trafficking groups, organized crime and money laundering.

The report says that efforts to crack down on organized criminal groups must be continuous.

"Albanian law enforcement agencies have coordinated with authorities in Europe, South America, and the United States to help dismantle international organized crime groups responsible for drug trafficking and money laundering, but continued efforts are needed to combat the influence of organized crime groups," the US Embassy in Tirana said in a post.
