Tirana police have arrested 10 people accused of being tutors of at least 50 foreign girls who were being exploited as prostitutes in Tirana.

Among those arrested is the officer of Police Station No. 4 in Tirana, Anisa Brahja , who is suspected of finding various clients through her connections with a taxi driver and sending them to foreign girls.

Meanwhile, a Colombian woman has been declared wanted, as she is currently in Colombia.

In Albania, the Colombian had a main taxi driver who dealt with the girls as a pimp and sent her money to Colombia via bitcoin and money transfer agencies.

In Tirana, tourists coming from Colombia were welcomed in Rinas and accommodated mainly in Airbnbs.

The prices paid by customers were relatively high, ranging from 200 to 250 euros.
