With these lines begins the post by lawyer Ylli Manjani, who presents the article in question as Bolshevik, since with a single word this article can lead you to prison.

Manjani states that the power of this article criminalizes an entire society, as everyone promises or proposes something in cases of need, but he adds that this law will be used for selective cases where the need arises.

The lawyer openly opposes this law, claiming that criminal justice punishes the action that brought about the consequence, not the thought or words.

This is Article 244 of the Criminal Code.

Look carefully.

It is enough to promise or propose and you are punishable for active corruption. It does not matter whether you give the spoils of corruption or not, the promise is enough!!!

This is the case when words make you guilty.

The Bolshevik Criminal Code, which on the one hand prohibits the punishment of thought and preparation for crime and, on the other hand, punishes for a word on the telephone, criminalizes an entire society.

Is there an Albanian who doesn't promise or propose something when needed?! What can we say now that the corrupt are active?!

Of course, the criminal law in these cases will be selective because prisons do not have 1 million places.

Of course, when the law allows selective attacks on people's thoughts or words, it is political.

The criminalization of a society, of thought or, worse still, of speech, has nothing to do with justice. How can it have anything to do with law when the victim, that is, the one who pays (out of necessity or pleasure) is called actively corrupt!

The fight against corruption under these conditions is entirely political. What does that even have to do with it?

I have been, am and will be against these laws. These are Bolshevik laws.

Criminal justice punishes the action that brought about the consequence, not the thought or words.

The consequence of corruption comes from the abusive action of a public employee and not from an entire society!
