Fatal accident in Bulqiza / Car leaves the road and hits and kills pedestrian

A serious car accident occurred a few moments ago at the Vocit Bridge in Bulqiza.

Police say a 64-year-old man lost control of his car and went off the road, fatally striking a 59-year-old pedestrian.

At around 15:50, at the place called "Ura e Vocit", Bulqizë, citizen SH, 64 years old, resident of Fushë-Bulqizë, while driving his vehicle, lost control of the vehicle and as a result the vehicle went off the road, hitting a pedestrian, citizen HM, 59 years old, who died.

The driver of the vehicle has been taken to the police station for further action, while the investigation team is at the scene and is working to clarify the causes and circumstances of the accident.
