The decision of the Special Court was executed by the judicial police on November 19 and 20, 2024, by freezing the assets in the registers of the State Cadastre Agency, and by communicating this decision to the property owners.
The GJKKO has imposed the security measure of mandatory appearance on Kryemadhi, as he is being investigated by SPAK for three charges of money laundering, corruption and failure to declare assets in connection with the CEZ DIA file and LSI lobbying in the US.
Her ex-husband, the president of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, is also being investigated for this file.
Ilir Meta is currently in prison, as the security measure "prison arrest" has been imposed on him.
