" Dinner, my dear ," Belinda Balluku  writes to  her subordinate Evis Berberi when she is invited to her home to discuss the Llogara tunnel tender.

In their conversations, Belinda Balluku leaves a meeting with her subordinate Ervis Berberi on the evening of August 29, 2021.

On 30.08.2021, at 12:08, Belinda Balluku sends citizen Evis Berberi the message: "Do you have any dogs with you?".

At 12:11, Evis Berberi: "Only three turkeys."

At 12:17, Belinda Balluku: "OK".

From the data of the TIMS system, it results that Turkish citizens Ayhan Altun and Çagri Silahtaroglu (employees of the "Intekar-ASL ??Simple Company" that was established in Albania for the implementation of the contract) entered the territory of the Republic of Albania on August 29, 2021 and exited on August 30, 2021, at 3:33 p.m.
