Mriglen Qato and Redi Molla

The two former directors of Tirana Municipality, Mariglen Qato and Redi Molla, will continue their stay in the detention cell.

The Supreme Court rejected the appeal of both of them for the decision given by the Appeal on July 31 of this year.

The Special Appeal in July upheld the decision of Gjkko for the "prison arrest" measure against Molla and Qato.

Although the Supreme Court a few weeks ago overturned the decision of the Special Appeal for the enforcement of the security measure against the two former directors, returning the case to the same court, but with a different panel, the decision remained the same.

Nertina Kosova, the judge who considered the request of the former directors, left in force the same decision, the one given by her colleague Florjan Kalaja, leaving Qato and Molla in jail.

The Appeal decision was appealed to the Supreme Court by Redi Molla, Mariglen Qato, who since March have been in the detention cell for the "5D" file, together with Taulant Tushen.
