The Supreme Court rejects the appeal of Ervis Lam, the partner of the former director of ARRSH remains in prison

The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of Ervis Lam, who opposed the decision of the Special Appeal for his return to the cell.

Ervis Lami, who was arrested by order of SPAK together with Evis Berber and Valter Begaj, was released by the Special Court on June 14 of this year.

The decision of the first instance was appealed by the special prosecution in the Appeal. The second degree on July 25 decided Lam's return to the cell.

The dismissal of the appeal was done by the three judges Ilir Panda, Medi Bici and Albana Boksi.
