Europol has dismantled another encrypted application of criminal networks. The French authorities in cooperation with the Dutch have "taken the "MATRIX" application out of the hands of the criminals. However, this application was mentioned for the first time in the Special Prosecutor's Office in 2022 by the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani.

During the testimony, he said that through this application, he communicated with other criminals and received orders to commit murder. Until now, the only testimony that has been made public is that of Nuredin Dumani, where he informed SPAK that he was ordered to execute the owner of the "Wilson" school in Tirana, while there is no information if there are other testimonies.
