NAMES/ Korçari died during sex in a car, the court leaves the 37-year-old from Librazhdi in prison!

The Korça Court has remanded in prison  Vahide Shuli , a 37-year-old woman from Librazhdi, who is accused of practicing prostitution.

Just 3 days ago, citizen Çelnik Malçellari was found dead in a vehicle . According to the police, he had been in the vehicle with the 37-year-old woman, having sex for payment.

After examination and forensic medical expertise, the 47-year-old man died as a result of hypertension.

The victim worked at a fast-food restaurant in the city of Korça, while the woman arrested by Librazhdi lived with her husband in a rented house in Korça.

The two met in the city's 10th district, on a secondary street, where they were having sexual intercourse while the victim was not feeling well and showed symptoms (vomiting and nosebleeds).

The investigation team opened the victim's phone for examination, where they came across the last conversation he had with the 37-year-old, thus identifying the person who was inside the vehicle.

After the police identified Vahide Shuli, they accompanied her to the local Korça police department to question her about the incident.

The testimony

According to testimony provided by the investigation team, 37-year-old Vahide Shuli told the victim that they should call an ambulance as soon as he started having health problems, but he did not allow it.

Then, according to her, she left home, saying that her husband was waiting for her. These were the words the arrested woman gave to the police.

Meanwhile, according to the investigation team, at the first moment of becoming aware of the incident, the victim was found half-naked and had a 500 lekë banknote (new) in one hand, which confirms what the police have provided in an official communication about the 37-year-old's practice of prostitution.

Following the preliminary information provided yesterday, regarding citizen M. Ç., 47 years old, who was found dead in his vehicle, in neighborhood no. 10, Korça, and from the first actions it was suspected that he had lost his life due to natural causes, we inform you that:

From the investigative actions carried out so far by the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector, in cooperation with the Korça Police Commissariat, under the direction of the Korça Prosecutor's Office, it has been possible to identify citizen V. Sh., 37 years old, who appears to have been in the vehicle, having sexual relations with citizen M. Ç., in exchange for payment.

From the investigations and forensic examinations so far, it is suspected that the 47-year-old died as a result of hypertension.

Following the actions in the case, citizen V. Sh., 37 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto, suspected of the criminal offense of "Prostitution".

Work continues to clarify and fully document the circumstances of the case.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Korça Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction.
