The person you see in the photo is 48-year-old Lulzim Visha, who was killed on Friday morning as soon as he left his apartment in Zall Mner, Kamza.

The victim was driving the private mail car where he worked, when the perpetrators cut him off in a gray Porsche SUV and opened fire on him, leaving him dead on the spot.

Two people are believed to have participated in this incident, who, after ensuring that they had eliminated the 48-year-old, fled towards Zall Herri where they burned the car along with the crime weapon.

From police verifications, the vehicle turned out to be stolen in Elbasan in 2022, while the license plates were stolen in Kamza two years ago.

From the investigations so far, the police are verifying several leads, either of a possible conflict of the victim recently, or of his family members. Several people have been questioned about the incident, while checks have been carried out in several areas of the city of Kamza. Among them is a house very close to the place where the 48-year-old was executed, where the police arrested a 37-year-old, identified as Eduart Lami.

According to the blue uniforms, in the apartment used by the handcuffed man and his cousin, Ervis Lami, who is now wanted, an automatic firearm with a silencer and combat ammunition, 15 pieces of combat cartridges, an axe, a knife, and 4 gun cartridges were found.

All of these items have been sent for examination to determine whether they were used in any criminal activity.
