The passing of Archbishop Janullatos, Baba Mondi: He contributed to religious

The World Bektashi Grandfather, Baba Mondi, through a message, expressed his condolences for the passing of the Archbishop of the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Albania, Anastas Janullatos.

In his message, Baba Mondi expresses his highest consideration for Janullatus's activity throughout his life and for the close collaboration with him, for religious coexistence in Albania and beyond.

“ Bismillahi Rramani Rrahim! In the name of God, the Merciful, the Merciful! With deep sorrow, I received the bitter news of the passing from this temporary life of our brother, His Beatitude, the Archbishop of Tirana, Durrës and All Albania, Anastas Janullatos. His Beatitude, Archbishop Anastas, in conditions of great difficulties, for more than 30 years, rebuilt the Orthodox Autocephalous Church of Albania and contributed to the harmony and religious coexistence in Albania.

On behalf of the Holy See of the World Bektashi Patriarchate, allow me to express my highest consideration for his lifelong activity and for the close cooperation with him, for religious coexistence in Albania and beyond. I assure you that his memory will always be a source of goodness for millions of Orthodox believers, everywhere in the world. My deepest condolences for this great and irreplaceable loss to the senior leaders of the Church and the entire Orthodox community of Albania! May he rest in well-deserved peace!
