Paris 2024/ The President of the IOC clarifies the situation of the Algerian boxer: Khelif was born female

The main news of 'Paris 2024' is undoubtedly that of the women's boxing match at the Olympic Games between Algerian Imane Khelif and Italian boxer Angela Carini.

To further clarify the created situation, Meloni also met the President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the German Thomas Bach, who clarified the media immediately after the meeting with Prime Minister Meloni.

This is what IOC President Thomas Bach said at the end of the meeting with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in Paris.

"We share the views and agree on the clarification and improvement of the scientific background we talked about," he added.
