SPAK asks the Assembly to arrest him, Berisha: I have no objection

After SPAK requested the arrest, comes the reaction of Sali Berisha.

" In 2012, Berisha sent to the Parliament the abrogation from the Constitution of any kind of protection of the deputies of the Assembly of Albania and this law of the government was categorically opposed by Rama and only the investigation of the deputies was allowed. I have declared that I am ready to to vote for this law today and I have no objection, if I did not accept the order of the court and SPAK, I did not accept that it is written in the constitution, it protected the parliament and its power and not Sali Berisha, I refused to implement an order of the SPAK from a judge completely in violation of the constitution, as for my consistency to this proposal, it stands, I am for the deputies not to have any kind of difference from ordinary citizens, this is a normal request and I will read the invitation , but in principle I agree 100%, it is the defense of the parliament, I did not defend Sali Berisha, I vote for him tomorrow, I have no objection" , said Berisha.
