The heads of Germany's Federal Intelligence Service Bruno Kahl, (BND) Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution Thomas Haldenwang (BfV) and Military Intelligence Service Martina Rosenberg have warned the German parliament that Russia will attack Ukraine with nuclear weapons.
The news is reported by the German magazine "Der Spiegel", which, among other things, reports that the Russian secret services can carry out political assassinations on German soil.
The head of the BfV said that the war in Ukraine has "changed the rules of the game" in all areas of politics and poses a direct threat to Germany's security in the country. Haldenang said 40 Russian spies were expelled from Germany in April, "but that's not all."
As the head of the Bfv himself claims, "the operational level of the Russian intelligence services in Germany has decreased", and the Bfv has drawn up scenarios that consider the possibility of organizing political murders by the Russian intelligence services on German soil.
However, it should be noted that these statements are only conjectures, since there is no concrete evidence that shows that Russia is preparing to use nuclear weapons.
