Behgjet Pacolli was in SPAK for seven hours today. As he left the building, he did not give any explanations to journalists, while a few moments later, he made a brief clarification on social media.
Through a Facebook status after leaving SPAK, Pacolli stated that there he presented "in detail the facts, documents and circumstances of what has happened and is happening with Vlora International Airport."
"Today I had the opportunity to appear for about 7 hours before the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), where I presented in detail the facts, documents and circumstances of what has happened and is happening with the Vlora International Airport. I appreciate this opportunity and am pleased that we were able to bring before the competent body the full truth about the illegal interventions in the ownership structure, the disregard for court decisions and the violation of private property ," Pacolli writes.
"I have not lost hope that justice is being done in Albania. I believe that the justice institutions will act independently and guarantee respect for the law. We will continue to fully cooperate with SPAK and every competent institution, until the truth is fully clarified and our legal rights are protected. No one is above the law. Private property and court decisions must be respected," Pacolli added.
