We continue to bring other cases from Western courts that declare SKY ecc data, hacked in France with the help of the Dutch Police, unusable as judicial evidence.
Always in response to the public invitation made to us by Mr. Altin Dumani, during his live interview on RTSH with journalist Alban Dudushi.

A court in Switzerland, while trying a man accused of arms smuggling, a charge based solely on SKY ECC data obtained through hacking from France, has rejected the use of this data as evidence in court.

The reason is very simple:

Data was obtained through wiretapping and hacking against Swiss citizens without the authorization of a Swiss court.

That's it!

No, we are proceeding in parallel, no, we are sending letters, no, we are sending Europol, no, we are sending Eurojust... No, we are fighting crime, you told me and I told you.

Never!

They are worth zero with a tassel before written Swiss law.

That's how the court decides there. There are media outlets there too, portals. There is also public opinion that holds a referendum on the music schedule in the neighborhood.

The law is the law! The court is the guarantee, not the Janissary police stations.

As for info, this is our law, just like in Switzerland.

But our courts, under the direction of SPAK, ignore Albanian law.

We have been asking for exactly this in every court here for 2 years. Verify the legitimacy of taking evidence in relation to Albanian citizens and the law of our Republic!

Inventions and rationalizations.

The Constitutional Court, the highest in this country, should receive a dissertation on unconstitutional legal inventions that are detrimental to due process for the citizens of this country.

Clearly, no one in the West is being punished with Sky ecc data. So far, it has either happened when the police there have caught people red-handed with this data, or when it has been used as evidence to gather other evidence.

But nowhere, nowhere has this data been used as unique evidence to convict people. The Berlin court even bluntly said: "this data is similar to evidence that cannot be verified...".

Because in addition to the debate about how that data was obtained, there is also the other debate that it as it is is just words, not evidence.

This is what all of Europe is legally saying. Only the Albanian Republic of Spak does not comply with the European standard of fair trial.

One day, at some point, something will happen so that Albania too will come to terms with this Western legal reality. But until then, the damage will be very great....

We have that expression "that was the time/system" as a way of washing away our sins...
