Former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has ironized the decision of the Appeals Court of Kosovo for former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, which once again upheld the suspension from office of the socialist MP.
In a post on social media, Manjani mocks this court's decision.
According to him, even though Balluku has been removed from office, it is still suspended by the Appeal of the GJKKO.
"Wait a minute, wait a minute, because the most fantastical news is this about the GJKKO appeal.
Although Belinda Balluku no longer holds executive office, the court has left her suspension from office in effect.
What justice!
The court judges you even when you are not there, not just in office but even in this world...
"Only anger towards the person justifies this legal stupidity," he writes.
