From the analysis of the communications, it results that IH and EM, as well as unidentified citizens up to this stage of the investigation, in collaboration with each other, have undertaken a series of deliberate actions to carry out the murder of citizen BB.

They have provided all the conditions and used technical means, such as surveillance cameras, and have observed the "The Boss" bar owned by citizen BB, to continuously monitor his movements, schedules, and the people he associates with.

It also appears that they have drawn up a concrete plan for the manner and place of execution. Citizen BB was executed on May 10, 2021, in the 'Hajro Çakërri' neighborhood, in Vlora.
