The US Embassy emphasizes in its response that the US and Albania are constantly coordinating on security issues.

"As NATO allies, the United States and Albania regularly discuss and coordinate on shared security concerns. We remain vigilant to ensure the safety of American and Albanian citizens alike," the US embassy's response to Euronews Albania said.
