'Balluku', the SP group rejects SPAK's request for lifting immunity

The Socialist Party parliamentary group held a meeting today to read the report of 5 SP members in the Mandates Council regarding SPAK's request for authorization to restrict the freedom of former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

The SP group decided to reject SPAK's request to lift immunity to pave the way for the arrest.

The drafting of the report of the 5 SP members in the Mandates Council was entrusted to the chairman of the Laws Committee, Ulsi Manja.

All MPs were present, including Balluk.
