Neither Ajola Xoxa , Erion Veliaj's wife, has appeared at the GJKKO for the trial.

She sent lawyer Maks Haxhia to the courtroom , who stated that Xoxa cannot attend the hearing after the doctor forbade her from attending because she is pregnant.

Maks Haxhia :  The client is in a medical condition, she is pregnant, the doctor has forbidden her from coming, I asked her to bring the doctor's note.
