NAME/ 39-year-old woman dies in car accident, driver arrested!

57-year-old Pëllumb Muska , who was driving the vehicle that hit 39-year-old Nertila Abazaj the day before on the Levan-Tepelena road , has been arrested.

He is charged with " Violation of traffic rules ", resulting in death.

He and the passenger in his car, Sadik Rama, are still in the hospital, out of danger.

The accident occurred on Sunday at the intersection connecting the village of Varibop with the  Levan-Tepelena highway .

Abazaj 's vehicle left the road to enter the highway and was immediately hit by a van. The 39-year-old woman died at the scene.
